Why did I go from great coverage to no service instantly?

 I've always had 4 bars in my home, 5 on newer phones.  My phone (Iphone 8) went to no service yesterday around 2:30pm and has been no service since.  Some people with newer phones Iphone 11/12) are able to get 1 bar inconsistently (we've tried three other phones)  Zip code 23113

I went in to the store and had my phone checked and it is fine, with updated software and has no issues once I leave the area I live in (consistently 4 bars).  

Why is there all of a sudden no service at my home, and what will be done to fix it?  If this isn't resolved quickly I will be switching to Verizon since I work from home and have teens of driving age who need to be able to reach me.
