When someone calls my number someone else picks up.

Every time?  Or only when you don't answer and it goes to voicemail?

Thank you, @formerlyknownas, for those helpful questions, the answers will be essential in figuring out why the calls are not coming through to the customer! 

We want to start with a few questions:

1. If this happening every time someone calls you? Or is it only happening with a few calls?
2. Have you ever used the call forwarding feature or the no answer/busy transfer feature? To stop call forwarding you can dial *73 device. To stop no answer/busy transfer feature dial *93 from your device.

Another thing you can try is dialing ##002# this will deactivate all call diverts on your mobile device. After pressing the shortcode and hitting the call button, you'll get this response, letting you know call forward or diverts were erased or canceled. Now, restart your handset.

It's only a few calls and it's random.

Have you tried the steps listed above by agent TT? If not, please try turning off Call Forwarding. You may use our Device Support page, select the make and model of your device, and follow the prompts to turn off Call Forwarding.
