What happens to WiFi when the phone moves beyond the router’s range?
What happens to WiFi calls on AT&T when the phone moves beyond the router’s range. Is it dropped or will the wide area network pick it up?

The call will probably drop because that is considered a vertical hard handover (one technology to another) which usually drops the call.

That’s what happens with my microcell. The AT&T information doesn’t mention a roll over feature so I kinda expected that‘ll be the answer.
