Weaker and poorer signal

I have been a loyal ATT customer for well over 15 years and I used to brag about the coverage and refer friend and family to switch.  In the last couple of years, I noticed that my signal has been getting weaker and I find more dead and poor spots in my community.  Is ATT going to do something to improve their service?  My co-workers who are ATT subscribers are saying the same things about their signal and they are switching to a different provider.  I hope that I do not have to do the same thing but if the signal issues do not improve then I would sadly have to end my 15+ account with ATT.

Hello Loyalsince98, we're here to help you with your signal.

We understand the impact of having a low signal. Sometimes, during peak times, AT&T may slow down speed to keep everyone connected. Also, if you see a drop in service, or slow speeds, at a specific time, this could indicate another issue, like equipment around you emitting interference. It could also mean something on your device is causing issues.

Sign in to AT&T's outage site or enter your address to check for an outage.
