Weak signal
I live in Everett, MA 02149. I find the signal here is very weak. My cellphone shows the signal strength is from -100dBm to -115dBm. How can I fix this problem?

If you have broadband landline (such as cable) internet, you can get a MicroCell from AT&T. Basically a band-aid solution, that allows your cell to get AT&T service via your internet connection.
Or you can investigate a cell repeater. Otherwise, you can't increase the signal strength. It would require AT&T improving their infrastructure with new towers, equipment, etc.
