Update DNS Settings with AT&T

I'm a developer and I'm having issues since I last moved my apps and server from one server to another. After I moved to the other server for some reason users who have AT&T are unable to open my website and I assume it has to do with the DNS.
Is there anyone in AT&T who can help go through this and sort this out for all my AT&T customers?
This is the IP address that points to our website.
