Trying to gain access to my account while on a cruise ship

I'm on a cruise ship and trying to get service (phone/text/internet). I signed up for the Cruise package as an add-on to my account, but it's not working. When I try to get into my ATT account using my computer, I cannot login b/c it requires a code sent to my phone that does not have service at sea. How do I get this fixed asap?

Access to accounts usually blocked when you are not within the United States. Using a US VPN will sometimes will allow you to get through.

Is roaming turned on in phone settings?  Did you add the $0 travel pay-per-use option at the same time you added the cruise plan? Did you verify that your cruise ship is eligible?

Most cruise ships do not turn on cellular at Sea until they are all the way out into international waters. This means you may have some time where there is no service.   This is normal.

Cellular service on cruise ships is generally poor. If you have access to the ship’s WiFi and WiFi calling activated, try that.
