Terrible connection and constant dropped calls.

I have been having horrible connections for about a year now and constant dropped calls. This is extremely stressful and I am very frustrated.

 We're sorry to hear you're experiencing dropped calls and connectivity problems. Allow us to extend a hand! 


 You can utilize the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool by selecting the device you're using, then select Phone Calls underneath Service/Network Issues to follow the steps provided.  


 Also, you can help report any network disturbances in the future by using the Mark The Spot App. With the app, you can receive updates on service improvements within the saved zip code, and provide feedback for future enhancements.
