Sudden Poor Service.............dropped calls, NO SERVICE
I have been patiently waiting for AT&T to explain the reason why I suddenly after being with them for over 10 years that I am experiencing very poor service since April 2019. In places where I had full bars I now have either 1 bar or nothing at all or the phone shows No Service. They say that nothing is down and all towers are in working order but honestly I don't believe it. I am not the only one who is experiencing this issue. I am in the 11787, 11717, 11754 zip code. I am looking to see if anyone is experiencing this as well and if there is an AT&T monitor, let me hear some feedback. The last there was a post about this I was informed that there was degrading cell towers and this was about 3 weeks ago and I was reassured that this was going to be fixed, but as of today nothing has changed.
