Have had 4-5 bars routinely for years across multiple devices, then last week everythng dropped to one bar. Terrible voice service. What happened? Zip code is 85028.

There is currently maintenance for a tower in this area. The planned restoral date will be this week. The outage also began late last week as well. In the meantime, you can check out our Wi-Fi Calling feature until the maintenance is completed. There is also the Mark the Spot app, which will allow you to report network issues such as these, and receive network improvement notifications.
