Sudden bad reception
Usually have great signal but over last few days only have 1 or 2 bars. Calls dropping frequently, if I even have enough signal to successfully place a call. Never had an issue until 3 or 4 days ago. Is a tower down in zip code 90046?

Hello, @CaliT20,
Thank you for reaching out on this. Several towers in and around your area are currently undergoing maintenance, though it is still well covered. Try to restart your device. This should help it connect fresh to a stronger signal.
You can directly report dropped calls and connectivity issues with the AT&T Mark the Spot app. Using the app will keep the techs informed on trouble areas that need to be investigated. The app can also keep you informed on known service issues and upcoming wireless infrastructure improvements.
Have a great weekend!

I only have my cellphone, and live in a rural area. The AT&T reception is so bad, I can't make a call, or even be heard on the phone. I have even stood in the middle of the yard, and still NO SERVICE ! Tell me what to do !
