Sim card

I just purchased an iPhone 11, I have transferred all of my data from my iPhone 7 to the 11 but I cannot get the iPhone 11 to make phone calls. Do I need to move the Sim card from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11? I received this phone through AT&T and it came with a new Sim card in it, so not quite sure if I should move the old Sim card into the noon.

Hey there @lapersen!

We can help you with your SIM card questions. You are correct! You will either have to remove the SIM card from your old device and place it in your new phone, or (preferably, it’s best to use the SIM card that came with your new device) place the new SIM card in your new phone and activate your SIM card as advised here in this step-by-step instructions.

We hope this info helps.
