Signal getting worse

I’ve been with AT&T since they bought CellularOne about 15 years ago. I’ve always had full service at my house. In the last 2-3 years the signal has been steadily declining. For the last year the best I could expect was 2 bars LTE. Now it’s only one bar and sometimes only 4G. Now and then it’s “No Service” at all. Between my house and town there was only one weak spot where a call may or may not drop. Now half the area is a dead zone. One would think that over 15 years with towers going up and technology improvements that coverage would get better but it’s only getting worse. It’s to the point where I may have to switch carriers just so I can use my phone at home. I know about WiFi calling and what not but why have I gone from full service to one bar? I’ve had three different iPhones so I know it isn’t my device.

Our tower in Colorado 81252, has been bad for over two years. weather it is just degraded or new equipment failed I do not know.

Everytime it rains the service goes away untill it drys out. I do not know if this is common, but should not these things be waterproof?

Even my microcell will not help when the tower stops working.

We have been with them for close to 20yrs and always have used there service in same areas and have noticed a HUGE decline in cell service over the last year as well.

It seems as if there not maintaining there towers or increasing service , other carriers are are blowing them away with promoting there service and increasing coverage while AT&T sits on the sideline it’s very disturbing for me as a curent subscriber of AT&T

unfortunately if AT&T does not catch up we will have to change services

I’m having the same issues. I have an incredible WIFI range in my home and can’t even make a call sometimes. I sit literally in my office right next to it. Can’t even get a signal in some rooms and I have been using the mark the spot app to no avail cause it’s only gotten worse. Unfortunately I have AT&T phones and would have to buy all new phones
