Our service in Lake Andes South Dakota has been horrible for the past 6 months. So bad that it is almost pointless to have AT&T as a service. It is not just my phone all my co workers and family are experiencing horrible service.

All network towers in your location are functioning properly. Allow us to share our suggestive tips and tools for strengthening your connection to the network while experiencing service interruptions.

You'll want to reset your network settings to refresh your connection to the network.

Test out our troubleshoot and resolve tool by visiting our wireless support article and select "Fix an Issue". Then choose your device and navigate to Connection>Internet and allow the troubleshooting to begin. This tool will provide you with our top solutions.

When near WiFi, WiFi Calling is a helpful feature when experiencing dropped calls and difficulties sending/receiving text messages.
