Refusal to provide to provide service
We have outstanding At&T service at our rural house. 5g and seamless video streaming on our guest's phones. Why is AT&T refusing to provide stationary wireless to us when it is available to our neighbor? An engineer sitting at a desk cannot see how good we receive a signal. SOOO frustrating!!! Our local store said there is nothing that can be done once an engineer says, "no". This is not fair. Don't they want our business?
