Recieving Confirmaition Codes

I am not able to pay bill because I cannot receive my verification code. Due to that, I am not able to call or send texts.

Hello WaddahAmmari, let's look at some other options to pay your bill.

Use our automated phone service

Call 611 from your AT&T PREPAID phone or call 800.901.9878 from another phone.

  1. At the main menu, say Payment
  2. Select Make a payment.
  3. Choose either debit card, credit card, or refill card.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. For a refill card, you'll enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card or from the PIN receipt. 

Heads up: You can’t make a payment with a checking account when calling 611.

Use Star Services

Dial *888* + PIN number + # (for example, *888*1234567899874#). We’ll confirm that your payment (refill) was applied to your account.

Are you a prepaid customer who is outside of the United States?

Prepaid does not have a bill, it has a refill.

By phone- Use your phone to pay your bill on our mobile site, by text message, or by calling us. Learn how to pay by phone.

 

In person- We offer many authorized payment locations where you can pay your bill in person. Find a location.

 

By mail- Get mailing address.

this would appear when I try to sign in. I’m not able to receive any codes because I haven’t paid which means I can text or call and receive them too.
