Reception ...snail mail

My service has been less than desirable lately. For weeks now Ive struggled to get a decen5 lt signal. So I added funds since it was a new cycle. Wow! Barely a signal! Is this just me or are others having issues.

Signal is based on location. It would be extremely unlikely that anyone on the Forum is in the same location that you are. If AT&T isn't working for you shop for a new carrier

Would you rather I be polite like AT&T, waste your time for months, suggesting you do a lot of resetting of your phone and it's network settings? Forward you to different departments, promise to call you back but then never call ? Deliver a lot of platitudes about your network connection? Or even lie to you and tell you what tower is undergoing maintenance in your area and will be ready soon? And thank you for being a loyal/long time customer?

If that's the response you want you call AT&T. They know where you are located.

But - You posted on a customer populated forum, and while AT&T does work great for most people, in most places, if it's not working for you, the best thing you can do is find a new carrier.

🐾 I don’t work for AT&T or any carrier. Never have, never will. My replies are based on experience and reading content available on the website. If you posted personal information, please edit and remove.

Well miss lizzie, would you rather continue to post insulting answers just to earn yourself a badge.
