Question about video.

Is synced video(downloaded from app) follow the same 480p limit?

My videos I am trying to download are not downloading over 5g.

Let's start with a question to help us understand better. Some apps are installed with the ability to download videos over Wi-Fi as default, have you tried checking the settings to see if this option can be changed to cellular data?

 

Downloading videos in a higher resolution can depend on your data plan, if you're on a lower plan high-definition resolution may not be available.

I have the apps set to use cellular. All of my apps refuse to download over cellular. I used a vpn to connect to another u.s. location and it downloaded with no problems.
