Poor Service

I've always had great AT&T service in the 21102 zip code but over the past month it's terrible. My phone is on an AT&T business account and all users in my company are experiencing the poor service. My family is on a personal/individual plan and also have noticed the decrease in service and signal.  It's gotten so bad I can't use internet or answer phone calls on my AT&T phone. I'm seriously considering investigating other carriers.
