Poor service

For about a month now the service at our house has been less than poor. We have AT&T WiFi for the home internet so between its lack of signal and the phone service, internet at home has been typically unavailable. I have used Mark the Spot to report signal strength that us usually -105dBm or worse multiple times but I have yet to receive any kind of feedback. When will this be corrected?

We want to help, @coryedwards1978!

Feedback you put in Mark the Spot helps us see where potential cellular issues may be, but it is not guaranteed to be addressed immediately. We would be glad to check on the network status in your area, but we would need a zip code in order to do so.

For your home internet, what troubleshooting have you done? Check out our post for some WiFi signal strength improvement tips. Typically, the environment of your WiFi gateway is the culprit of poor signal strength. We also recommend you try to utilize our Smart Home Manager, which is a great way to manage and test your home network for potential problems.

Let us know if this helps.

I have put in multiple feedback pings on Marks the Spot (zip code 38901). It's not the router or even the wifi signal as my Motorola is having the same issues.

ETA - This is the same user. I just had to create a new account because I lost the password to the last one and the Reset Password feature always tells me that the token has expired.

Can I get some assistance please? Our service has not improved and all of the automated systems acknowledge that there is a problem but provide no feedback or real hope of resolution. I had better luck with HughesNet and that's sad.
