Poor service in Houston and the greater Houston area.
I find it really sad that in the fourth-largest US city we have the service we do. I live in Katy, TX just 15 miles West of Houston and I work in West Houston the Westchase park area. I cannot even get calls to go through half the time at either location and data is even worse. I just switched from Android to the new iPhone 12 pro max a month ago hoping it would be better, I was wrong. I even use the ATT mark the spot on a daily basis. Why am I paying over $600 a month for 5 lines and 3 watches for this poor of service in such a densely populated area????? Yet everyone I know that has Verizon has no issues. Only ATT customers have to suffer. I guess ultimately I will just have to switch if things do not change soon!!!
