Poor Service and Dropped Calls In and Near Braselton, Georgia 30517
My wife and I have both been experiencing a marked decrease in service in and around the Braselton, Georgia 30517 area. We suffer frequent dropped calls, poor quality calls, and slow speeds. It's gotten so bad that we are considering our options and whether or not AT&T is the right provider for us any longer. I would certainly prefer to remain, especially as a customer that has been around since the Cingular days (and technically before that via BellSouth Mobility DCS), but I need the service to be reliable.
Very frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Thanks, but the only solution that works for us is moving to another carrier. We were just having entirely too many call and data issues with no relief in sight, and after testing the new carrier we have discovered that with only one exception all of the dead zones we experienced on AT&T are fully covered by the new provider.
By the way, canned responses don't help and the Mark the Spot app is, at least from my perspective, worthless.
