Poor newtork coverage

Suddenly we have poor network coverage in Sharyland area of Mission Texas. I have tried calling ATT and was on hold for one hour. They tried to troubleshoot my phone. I told them I have 4 lines and all of them have bad coverage and all my neighbors have bad coverage. This happened after we had thunder and lightning one night.

I tried explaining this to cust service rep . She transferred to her supervisor and I was on hold forever. Multiple neighbors complained without any luck. They was troubleshooted for problem with their device. Need a solution ASAP or else we all will switch.

Greetings @docras

We hate to hear that you're having problems with cellular connectivity. Allow us to check this out for you!

Currently, all network towers in the Sharyland/Misson area are fully operational, and there are no reports of service interruption at this time.

You can report any network disturbances in the future by using the Mark The Spot App. With the app, you can receive updates on service improvements with the reports you filed or saved zip codes. It is also recommended to keep your device connected Available Wifi when experiencing low signals.

We hope this helps, and thanks for reaching out to the community!

Hello @katethornton

We understand how important it is to stay connected everywhere, even at home. Allow us to get you on the right track!

It is recommended to have your device or devices connected to Available WiFi Calling in order to keep the phone calls and internet access up and running, without any interference.

Also, you can help report any network disturbances in the future by using the Mark The Spot App. With the app, you can receive updates on service improvements within the saved zip code, and provide feedback for future enhancements.

We hope this is helpful, and enjoy the rest of your day!
