Poor cell service

Just recently, I’ve noticed that my cell signal is not good at home or out and about. I get one bar or maybe two. 

What’s up ATT!! I’ve been with you FOREVER!

We know having good service is important @Desafinada,

 

We recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool to help troubleshoot issues with the network. You can also use the AT&T Mark the Spot app to report any issues you are having with the network to us.

 

Since this is a recent development if you could provide the zip code you operate in, we'd be happy to check for any tower issues that may be occurring in the area. You can also use or AT&T Coverage Map to check the coverage in your area as well.

 

Another step that we recommend would be to reset the network settings on your device.
