Phone not making my calls

My SOS is on from my esim. I had been trying to make calls for a few hours and now I can’t make any

Hello @TyePorter, we understand the importance of being able to make calls, and want to help make this right.

We'd like more context about this situation, we'd also like to try some troubleshooting. There are a few quick ways you can troubleshoot your wireless calls such as:

  • Rebooting your device.
  • Turning Airplane Mode on and back off.
  • Turning off Call Forwarding.
  • Updating your device's software.

The first two methods will allow your phone to refresh it's connection to our network, while Call Forwarding may be sending your calls to a different number. Updating your software will help patch this if it happens to be a bug with your current software.
