Hello @TyePorter, we understand the importance of being able to make calls, and want to help make this right.
We'd like more context about this situation, we'd also like to try some troubleshooting. There are a few quick ways you can troubleshoot your wireless calls such as:
The first two methods will allow your phone to refresh it's connection to our network, while Call Forwarding may be sending your calls to a different number. Updating your software will help patch this if it happens to be a bug with your current software.
You can also check for any service interuptions online with our outage page, or share your ZIP code with us here so we can look further into it on our end.
