Pending unlock status stuck for my Surface Duo1

To whom it may concern,

I put in a request to carrier unlock for my Surface Duo1. Unfortunately I failed to confirm an email in 24 hrs because the mail was separated in spam box.

I'd like to re-submit unlock procedure but I can get only the message as "Current status - Pending" when I filled in my IMEI number.

It has been 3 month since pending message showed and no status changed even today.

Can you please how should I re-submit unlock procedure?

I'm sorry to bother you but if my category selection is in-appropriate, I'm glad for your modification.
