I activated 3 lines earlier today and they still aren’t working. 2 of those lines are for elderly people. Please advise.

Hello, @bill_tindel3! We understand how frustrating it can be for the lines to not be working.
When you activate a device it can be considered a cross market switch, which is where the service is activated in a different state from where the activation took place. The two lines that are not working will more than likely need new SIM cards purchased in their area code. They can visit a retail store closest to their location to purchase the new SIM cards.
