For the past couple of months att cellular service in my area (49612) has been increasingly rough and now my brand new att s9+ gets no service at all. I think there is a tower problem.

Run "Mark the spot" app by ATT Services, Inc. and report the issue.

It is the only consistent way I have found to report anything to at&t.

We definitely want you to be able to use your phone @Mandatory,

We have checked the area and none of the towers are reporting issues at this time.

We have a great support article for dropped calls or wireless network issues. It has links to the AT&T Coverage Map, the Troubleshoot & Resolve tool, as well as information on the Mark the Spot app to report issues with the network to us.

We also have an article that covers Dropped Calls & Low Signal that you might want to check out.

Finally we recommend using Wi-Fi Calling, if available, when having cellular signal issues. This will help improve your call quality and overall connection.

Please let us know if this helped!
