Having the service go out is never a good thing, and definitely not when it affects both data and calls. It would be my pleasure to look into the network status and make sure we have you back up and running.
Based on my research, we did experience a network outage in the Texas area. From the information I currently have, it started in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and affected the surrounding region. It does seem like there are some residual effects due to another network event which started on January 9th.
To get this cleared up, I would like to recommend our Mark The Spot app. By downloading this to your mobile device, you can report network issues directly to our monitoring team. This on-the-spot information allows for us to identify and resolve service issues, and moves up restoration times significantly.
If you are still experiencing issues with your services, our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool has some amazing steps for testing and restoring your services so you are fully reconnected. Please select your make/model and then choose Service/network issues > Phone calls. You will then be guided to the best solutions.
