Outage in Seattle-Tacoma area

There has been a mobile service outage that started on the 13th and has affected both my personal and work mobile.  I can't make calls because if I do happen to have a signal it either won't go through or it drops after a few minutes.  Pretty hard to join virtual meetings and make business calls with service like this.  All the site says is that there's an outage in my area and it will be fixed by 3/15/23.  What is being done to fix this and when will I have my service back?  Do I need to switch carriers?  I'd hate to, been with AT&T for 17 years but I can't work like this.
