Outage in (latta), south Carolina
I haven't been able to make or receive calls in latta SC since Thursday afternoon. Was told Thursday about and outage also told it be fixed by 3pm Friday. It is Sunday. It is not my phone cause I went to Florence SC today and it worked. So what is the hold up Att? 3 days is crazy for people to not be able to use their phone to make calls. Seriously...

I can understand how concerning it is not receiving services. I will be more than happy to help!
One thing which might be happening is the phone’s connection to our network needs to be refreshed. One way to refresh the connection is by turning On Airplane mode, reboot the phone, turn Off Airplane mode and check to see if you are receiving service again.
I recommend getting the Mark the Spot app. It is a fantastic resource which allows you to report service issues directly to our engineers and technicians in your area!
I also advise visiting our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. This great resource can help pinpoint what is causing the issue and give steps on how to resolve it. After selecting your phone’s make and model, please go to Network/Service issues > Phone Calls.
