Northwest Wisconsin coverage horrible since June

Cell coverage this summer at our lake place near Webster, Wisconsin (zip 54893) has been horrible. Not sure what has changed, as we have always had reasonable service.  We are able to use phone service, but anything other than that is impossible.   We have not been able to access email, web pages, etc for the past 6 weeks. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this?
