No service

We are in the 81521 zip code and none of my family (3 phones) have had service in the past 30 hours.. We all did the detect problems test and came up with nothing. Super frustrating since two of us use our phones for work. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

We appreciate you providing the zip code, allowing us to know what are the issue is. We've seen there is some network interruption that has taken place but, rest assure we're working on improving connection along Highway 70.


In the mean time, we'd advised you to use Wi-Fi calling if possible. It allows you to talk and text and more places.
