Like other AT&T customers in our area. Easton, Md - Our phone signal has been weak since yesterday and sometimes there is no phone service at all. Is there an issue we should be aware of? When will this problem be fixed?

The first thing I will suggest is to download the Mark The spot app. On this page you find how to download the app for iPhone or iPad, Android, Windows Phone, and Blackberry. This app lets you submit feedback to our network engineers in real time.
The next step will be to visit AT&T’s Troubleshoot & Resolve page. This page is like having a tech support agent at your side 24/7. It makes it easy to troubleshoot on the go. Simply, Chose your phone by manufacturer, and model, and scroll down to select the type of problem.
