No Service when placing calls

Hello everyone,

My phone cannot currently place calls. It has internet and can send messages but when I try to place a call it will say that I have no coverage and can only make emergency calls which is completely false. I tried resetting network settings and reseating my SD card. Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

@Torallyepicfailz are you using SIM internet or WLAN, because at morning there is no cellular service available in my area but we can Use WLAN internet.

Sim internet. This issue never happens like ever unless I'm in a very bad spot in my house

Hi @ Let's address the error you are receiving while trying to place calls!

 

If you haven't already, please power cycle your device and make sure your Airplane Mode, Do Not Disturb, Call Forwarding is turned off as it may interfere with call service. Confirm your 5G/4G AT&T Wireless coverage to ensure you have coverage in your area. 

 

We also recommend reinserting your sim card, this resets your device and make sure your Device Software is Updated to the latest version. This updates device applications. Lastly, here is our helpful Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool > Fix An Issue > Connection > Phone calls to assist fix call service.
