No Service in areas of Houston
My wife and i both work within 1 mile of each other. Her, I and all of our coworkers who use AT&T do not have service in this area of Houston. We tried calling AT&T and the only help they could provide was to buy a new phone (we both have iPhone X), and this will not solve the problem because the issue is prevalent regardless of the phone model or type.
Please help before we decide to switch carriers.
