No routes found

Getting “no routes found” response when placing calls to certain numbers. Never happened prior to June 10

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're getting this response when you try to place a call to certain phone numbers. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. What kind of cell phone are you using? How many different phone numbers are you experiencing this issue with? Are these international phone numbers that you're trying to call? Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.

I’m an ATT customer and I’m tired of these calls. Here is the voice mail they leave, every time: “If you do not wish to get the refund from us press four if you want to be added in _⁠_⁠_ list I repeat press one to get the refund press two if you have received the refund from us already press three if you do not wish to get the refund from us press four if you want to be added in _⁠_⁠_ list…”

There are many numbers. Each time I called the number back it’s a creepy mail voice and he says “no routes found”. It’s also the same male voice every time
