Let's work together to figure out why you've been experiencing poor reception, @ctingle11

Is there an outage or something else going on?

  • Sign in to AT&T's outage site or enter your address to check for an outage (For outage alerts, sign in to your account and subscribe.)
  • Check to see if your area has towers or coverage in the area.
  • Reset your network settings. ~ This will help sync your device to nearby towers.
  • Replace your SIM card. ~ Our most recent change to the network could've impacted your SIM card preventing it from functioning properly. It may need to be replaced if it isn't version 27 or higher.

For a more in depth solution, feel free to sign in to our Device Support tool. It specializes in providing step-by-step troubleshooting help specific to your device type.

In addition, you can review the Low Signal Technical Support Guide from the AT&T community.

Please keep us updated on how this works for you. We're happy to take a more advanced approach if needed.
