Is there an outage or something else going on?

• Sign in to AT&T's outage site or enter your address to check for an outage (For outage alerts, sign in to your account and subscribe.)
• Check to see if your area has towers or coverage in the area.
• Reset your network settings. ~ This will help sync your device to nearby towers. 
• Replace your SIM card. ~ Our most recent change to the network could've impacted your SIM card preventing it from functioning properly. It may need to be replaced if it isn't version 27 or higher.
