no network connection

our town has been trying to get cellular service located in the 54104 zip code in wisconsin for 10+ years. The county has done everything from sending emails, mark the spot and sending letters, also the coverage map is not accurate. who can we contact to get and answer? unfortunately customer service and a corporate store is no help.

Hi @jjodi1.

We understand that your town's network connection is important.

Looking based off of the towers in your area, the closest one is looking good, but still far off from your area. Another is currently being serviced, but is still too far to impact.

We recommend utilizing Wi-Fi calling when able. We do recognize and thank you for using Mark the Spot and encourage your town's reporting in order to get more towers to your location in Wisconsin.

1- The tower you are referring to being serviced I have been told that for 5 years.

2 - quite a few homes dont have wifi yet.

3 - I requested a site study but it never happened.

4 - some are starting to cancel there directv because they feel att doesnt care.

5 - I have not found an att customer in the zip code for cellular. att only offers directv.

If att is not interested they need to let the county know.

Greetings @jjodi1,

Thanks for providing us with those details. We'd advise you too keep using Wi-Fi Calling and also Mark the Spot.

Also you can look into AT&T Tower Lease Administration this allows AT&T to be able to use your area for network connection.
