NO MOBILE WIFI SIGNAL AT 92629 and 92675. IT IS NOT MY DEVICES.

Have called support multiple times about this issue.  Have followed directions to test and reset networks etc.  Phone and laptop work well at other locations - THE PROBLEM IS IN YOUR TOWERS OR NETWORK.  Radio signals are weak - about -115dBm at each problem location.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET YOU TO ADDRESS THIS?

As of today 6/27 AT&T wireless internet is still inoperative and useless.

I will be forced to move to Verizon if this doesn’t get fixed.

Jeff, thanks for getting back to me.  Please understand this IS NOT A DEVICE ISSUE.  My phone and laptop cellular internet connections work fine at other locations.

But at home and at my nearby office, there is not cellular internet service from your cell tower.  YOU HAVE A TOWER ISSUE.   HOW DO I GET AT&T TO ADDRESS YOUR FAULTY TOWER ISSUES???
