No Mobile Data Service

Hello,

 

As of around 10:00 am, I have been receiving the following notification when trying to send a message:

 

"No mobile data service: Temporarily turned off by your carrier"

 

The service bill has been paid for and payment isn't due for another week. Who may I contact to rectify this issue and how?

  • what type of AT&T service and plan do you have
  • what specific device are you using
  • did you try to troubleshoot the device for a possible resolution
  • what is your zip code
