new tower was built in my area, when will it be working?

a new tower was built in my area, has power but not antennas yet. It is located in Orr, MN. Any idea how long it will take it to go up and running?

At this time, all towers located in Orr Minnesota are showing active and properly functioning.

The tower located at 8401 Orr Buyck Rd or could be considered 8436 Orr Buyck Rd both located in Orr, MN. The Tower was built 3/29/21 and power just went in per At&T rep on the phone antennas are not on the tower and tower is not on the air. Any idea when it will be??
