Network Tower Maintainance

According to this screenshot, I was told about 23 days ago that there is an ongoing maitainance in our area (edited per community guidelines). And, the network maintenance has NOT been fixed yet! Even the Mark The Spot App shows that as well since 4/25/2020!!!!
Since November 2019, forget highspeed LTE data, I get only frecking 1 bar in our homes. Answer me, what would you do with that frecking single bar in your phone? I need a SOLID answer from AT&T regarding this. DON'T give me any (edited per community guidelines) regarding building material and all. I am a network engineer by profession since last 11 years, and I exactly know what interferes with network coverage. There's a Kroger nearby our house, and for AT&T user, that Kroger is a black hole! You will never get any bars whatsoever at all.

It's a frustrating situation for me as well. I live near by Kroger on Dean Taylor Crossing by GA Hwy 317, and its a same story for us as well.
Sometimes we can not even make calls or calls gets dropped. Also, i do not have an access to WiFi. Its a WORST service ever!
@ATTHelp We are seriously looking for a solid answer to this rather than excuses just like this person mentioned.
