Network Outage in central Texas

Both of my (fairly new) devices have been buggy all day, randomly dropping calls and internet connections. (Before you ask, I was stationary at the time, in a spot that had excellent 4G coverage until a couple hours ago, and I tried the various troubleshooting tricks including rebooting both devices twice.) I can't even make calls or send texts now.

There must be a network outage in my area. I'm borrowing my neighbor's internet to find out if  there is an outage map. If so, could someone please direct me to it, or tell me how else to view/determine network outages?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Ticked-off in Texas

Location: Kerrville, Texas

Time: Network connection issues all day. Went completely down around 5:00 pm central time.

However, there are many of us in the same area posting on this very helpful forum: https://www.downdetector.com/status/att/map/ You can see someone in the forum got a very different response that the one I did. Unfortuantely, we now don't know what the truth might be.
