Network Issues – Affected Locations

Hi there!


We are currently experiencing network difficulties in the Northeast area caused by a weather event. We are currently working to resolve this issue and will update this topic with any updates.


Additionally, customers are experiencing degraded or loss of service in the Los Angeles area. This is also being investigated with an estimated restoral time to be announced.


Finally, there is a customer impacting network issue in Nashville, Tennessee impacting multiple locations. Customers affected include those in the Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and Georgia areas.

Some customers across parts of the Southeast are experiencing wireline and wireless service issues. We are investigating the cause and working as quickly as possible to restore service. 


We apologize for this inconvenience. 


UPDATE 8/4 7:15 PM EST: Engineers  have pinpointed  a hardware-related issue and are working to restore service as quickly as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience. 


UPDATE 8/5 8:45 AM EST: Wireless and wireline service has been restored for all customers in parts of the Southeast affected by a hardware-related network issue. Our engineers completed repairs and service is running normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
