My wife is in Malibu, Ca at present and can get no service in most areas. She will be there for a couple months. Your service is dismal.
My wife will be in Malibu,Ca and point dune area for the next few months. Your service is unusable at home there and spotty at best through out the Malibu/point dune area.
I had to go buy a T-Mobile device so she could feel safe at home. Guess what 5 bars! AT&T 0-1 bars and constantly in SOS mode. I went to visit my phone did same.
I want a credit for 2 months and the next 3 she will be there. Or I will switch all 7 devices to T-Mobile. Loyal customer since 2011 and about to end our cell phone relationship.

You're literally paying for service, if they don't have the service where you need it, it might be time for to switch companies.
That said, your wife's home is going to be somewhere other than your home for the next 5 months?

I agree Gary. Yes, we have a few homes and work keeps me from joining her at this time.
