Service loss can be a pain! Not getting text messages or pictures, even worse!  What about your battery life? And your watch?! Check out some of our troubleshooting articles below! We have some great articles below with some helpful answers and tips! Just click on the article that best suits your needs! 

If your service just started acting weird, I recommend checking to see if there is an outage in your area. If there is, we normally do not have a time frame of resolution as it is depending on the cause and or damage. Check on an outage and track it now.

Did your phone stop working in February? It may not work with our network.

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with your devices. I moved your post to our troubleshoot thread. It has some steps you can take that may restore service. If they do not, I recommend chatting with our teams

My texts will not send but my pictures and phone calls all go through. If someone texts me, I get the text. It also says the texts sends but they still do not receive it. This happens with every contact. Please help me fix it.

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with your texts. I am not sure what device you have but I moved your post into our Mobile Troubleshooting thread. You will see message troubleshooting on the top of this article for Android and iPhone. This should help with the trouble you are having. If the issue persist, check out our device troubleshooting tool

I agree with you - only I just switched from verizon.  I switched because verizon customer service is garbage, but cell service was great!  So now I have good customer service and the worst coverage ever!  Can't wait to leave At&T.  I live in the DC-metro area and have the worst coverage, so their coverage map is also garbage.

Their solution? factory reset my network and lose all my wifi passwords -ALL OF THEM!

In the last two weeks, my Samsung has stopped sending text messages.  There's 3 bars, but i get told "currently unable to send your message.  It will send when the service becomes available".  I know it's not the phone -- it's a dual SIM and can send texts in the UK with no problems at all.  It's an AT&T issue.  Help, please?

I bought this iphone SE and it has the worst service. Straight talker all around me have service and I don't. This is the baddest phone I have ever owned and my work is my phone and it has cost me a lot

I’ve had full bars of service at my house with AT&T as long as I’ve lived here. 

We were away from home for 4 days and came home on Saturday evening. It’s not Monday morning and my phone has said “No service” and I haven’t been able to make any phone calls or receive any.

For the past six months on my train I can barely work or stream anything but everyone around me that I talk to on the train can stream movies etc. I’m lucky if I can load a social media page.  I had a 7plus and now a X.  What gives?  It is like the service has gotten worse.

Does anyone know what to do when your phone refuses to allow you to dial out?  It keeps disconnecting, no matter who I try to call, even AT&T Service.  Also, I can't get the chat on here to work.  When I put in my account info, it goes to my account status page, but doesn't connect to the chat.  This is very frustrating!
