Hello @Tmundernehr,

We can definitely provide you with some more information on this.

This message usually means that your call cannot be completed at this time due to the other user's network experiencing high traffic volumes in a specific area because of congestion or network difficulties. We recommend allowing some additional time to pass before you try to complete your phone calls again and see if that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

This is so crazy, haven't been able to call my sister now for two days keep getting this same message!

This is a AT&T Error Message and Tech Support can't seem to help! My sister is very sick and we need to check on her...someone has to be able to help!

June 22, 2022....WHEN i got my I-Phone13 max pro, i can no longer make calls to landlines quickly or easily or the first time.  They don't go thru.  I get "cannot complete at this time. please try again later. Message 6 US 01LV."  I asked if they were getting lots of calls when I tried calling them (as I had them on cell) AND THEY WERE NOT BUSY at all.  So...it isn't because the person I'm calling was busy or had too many calls coming in AT ALL!!!

DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM UNTIL I got the new I-Phone 13 pro max.  A

Hello, @mzuniga! We understand it can be frustrating not to be able to make certain calls! We are here to help look into why you are receiving the error message when making outgoing calls to landline numbers.

The Error Message 6 US 01LV means that the Abbreviated Dial Code received an error response or time out. This can be caused by an internal, network, or subscriber error.

You can troubleshoot your device by choosing your device type and then selecting phone calls, and follow the troubleshooting steps for your device. Troubleshooting your device can help resolve the error message you are receiving when making the outgoing calls.

Please let us know if this information helps.

Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!

After the latest update, 16.2, the same thing happened with stored contact. I fixed it by deleting the number (not the name), reentered the same number for the contact, then saved it. For a quick workaround, dial the number direct. Apparently there's a conflict with the numbers prefix from the previously stored number.

Anyone with an ATT cell phone who calls my landline gets this message "cannot complete at this time. please try again later. Message 6 US 01LV."

All other callers using non-ATT cell phones do not get the message. Their calls go through fine.

I can not get through to my Government Agency's Help Desk/Tech Support using my cell phone. I am getting this same error US01LV message 6. If I call using my office phone (my assigned phone number with work) I have no problem getting through. However my ATT cell phone number does not connect and I get that same error number. I called the agency's Help Desk using my office line and they said they were not experiencing any problems with people not being able to reach them. This is an ATT service provider issue. ATT needs to look into this.

Ever since I returned from Mexico last October I have not been able to call my mortgage company. I can't get through on any of their numbers. Every time I get the message 6 US01LV. My son's phone can't get through either. My daughter's works. We all have AT&T.

I had the same problem reaching a 866 number... seems like ATT has a dialed number routing issues.

Try using the phone number completely as you would if you were dialing internationally.

Press and hold the ZERO key to get a + to appear.

Then do 1 (for the US) then the normal 10 digit number.

i.e.   +1 866 555 1212

Automated message is now gone and I was able to call.
