McDonalds WiFi Service

Why do you not have decent Wi-Fi at the McDonalds locations?  I dropped my Comcast account due to troubles with their service and went to the McDonalds to try out the AT&T service.  Sorry I did.  It was in and out and watching the signal meter was way more entertaining than my Nexflix show starting and stoping.  If that's the service you offer I guess I'll crawl back to Comcast.

(McDonalds location I was at is the corner of Southern and Highland Memphis TN 38111)

Hey there @jimjack48!

How is it going, I hope all is well! Thank you for asking us your question about the Wi-Fi at McDonalds.

I go to McDonald’s and use the Wi-Fi all the time myself. Personally, I have had a really good experience when I have used their hotspot.

Have you had the same issue at several McDonalds or just at the location specified?

Have you asked other patrons if they were having an issue with the service?

I know how important it is to have a good connection. I get frustrated when my Internet is slower than a snail. It’s worse than watching paint dry!

If there is a perceived problem at the location that you are at, I would let the store manager know about it. They can look into it and they can contact a technician to come troubleshoot and repair it.

Let me know if you have any further questions!

Thank You!

There must be some issue I have used McDonald's wifi and it was working fine for me. The average speed of McDonald's wifi is around 50 Mbs, but it also depends upon a lot of other factors. BTW you can read some tips on how to increase your McDonald's wifi speed in this article related to McDonald's WiFi. So, next time you can enjoy a better service.
