March 29 2015 Outage in Texas

I'm experiencing an outage with my cell phone, starting at around 10:15 this morning. I live in South Texas. My mother also seems to be experiencing the same problem, so I know it is not just my phone.  I can't call or text anyone--luckily I have an iPhone so I can still iMessage.

I am wondering how many others are experiencing the same outage and how soon before the problem is resolved?

I am in north Austin and the last text I was able to receive or send was at 10:18 am.  No phone service bu I can still receive emails if I am on wireless so that's how I'm trying to communicate.

How do we get CREDIT when you pay your bill on time all the time and then when you expect service on time all the time, you don't get it. I want some explanation and some of my hard earned money back. I pay for service... Not NON-service !!!!!

I live in Austin, Texas. I have had no wireless service since this morning. Could not get connected to chat with an att agent online. Got charged for over used services last month. Just wonder will i get any discounts for not able to use my phone this month???

Thanks,

77414, out down here in Matagorda too. I see it fluctuate between a couple of bars saying Off Network, then No Service, a fleeting moment of a bar or two on LTE, and we're back to No Service.

My favorite part? When I need to contact AT&T, their only option is to call them.

If you call once you get your service back, they will usually credit you for the length of the outage.

Hello everyone,

Yesterday, some customers in Texas may have experienced issues with their wireless and wireline services. Technicians worked quickly to resolve the issue and service is currently running normally.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you,

Dmitriy
